Decision-Making Framework Tool
Students will analyze a past decision of their own and then practice using an 8-step decision-making framework to make a larger life decision.
Meditation Activity
Students are guided through a real meditation as they explore and empower themselves with stress management strategies.
SEL Trivia
Students will review and retain everything they’ve learned through a Jeopardy-style game of trivia.
